The 6th International Chefs Day 2009 is approaching fast!  The day is to help raise money for two charities, The Hong Chi Association, which supports the mentally handicapped and their families and runs a school for the mentally handicapped in Pine Hill Village, Tai Po, Hong Kong. The other is the Fu Hong society for mentally challenges Adults in Pokfulam/Aberdeen, Hong Kong.

They are still in need of chefs to volunteer to assist for the day including on-site preparations, buffet setup, food service in kitchen, and to show off some of their culinary skills as entertainment.
