An Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management reflects the role of a Senior Manager in any functional management and hospitality area. This two year course combines either cookery or general management skills for the hospitality industry. Upon the completion of the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, graduates will be qualified to work in a variety of supervisory or management positions in the hospitality industry including Bar Manager, Reception Shift Leader, Assistant Night Auditor, Reservations Manager or a variety of outlet managers in Food & Beverage establishments and departments.

The program is delivered totally within an institution-based environment and all participants will have access to a fully equipped commercial restaurant, bar and theory classroom within the Hostec hospitality training academy.
