If you have problem seeing the video on Internet Explorer, please follow steps below:

  1. Go to IE browser Tools > Internet Options
  2. Go to Security tab
  3. Highlight Internet > Click Custom Level
  4. Make sure Prompt/Enable is selected for the following:
    Download signed ActiveX (Prompt)
    Download unsigned ActiveX (Prompt)
    Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe (Prompt)
    Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins (Enable)
  5. When a window shows up at the top of the browser, click install to install ActiveX Control
